Peshawar—Minister of State for Inter-provincial Coordination, Malik Azmat Khan said on Sunday that political jugglers are now hiding faces from public after the government presented successful and historical fifth budget 2012-13. He said the political jugglers should either resign or sit in home as all their claims against budget was proved totally wrong. He said PPP is the only party believed on power of masses and provided maximum relief to people in the federal budget 2012-13. Addressing to party workers at Jandool Samarbagh in lower Dir district, the minister said PPP like in the past also provided relief to all segments of the society in the federal budget by increasing salaries and pensions of government employees to 20% besides announcing jobs to 100,000 educated youth on basis of merit. Malik Azmat said political jugglers are criticizing budget to get political advantage and termed their criticism as political gimmick, adding the people are politically mature and will foil their anti-democratic designs. He termed the behavior of Opposition in the budget session as undemocratic and against the parliamentary norms. The minister said that the government accords high priority to development of Malakand Division, keeping in view, the sacrifices of its people against enemy of peace. The state minister said that special focus has been made on construction of damage infrastructure, roads, bridges, school, colleges and health units in the Malakand Division as it was directly linked to progress and development of the people. Malik Azmat said workers were assets of the party and their problems would be addressed on priority basis. He announced development package for lower Dir district. On this occasion dozens of elders of the area announced joining of PPP.
