Aspirations of Azadi missing in interlocutors’ report India under fire over HR violations in IHK

Srinagar—The chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, has reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the ongoing peaceful liberation struggle without any compromise. The APHC Chairman was talking to media after the Executive Council meeting, which was held at Nageen in Srinagar, today. The Mirwaiz stressed the APHC leadership to consolidate their mass contact programmes to make ill plans against the freedom movement unsuccessful.

Jammers in IHK jails to prevent mobile use

Jammu—In a bid to keep check on use of mobile phones inside the prisons, the Jammu and Kashmir prisons department is soon going to install high frequency ‘jammers’ within the jail premises across the state. “In view of incidents taking place in the recent past like recovery of SIM cards and mobile phones from the possessions of the jail inmates, ‘jammers’ will soon be installed within the boundary walls to curb the use of mobile phones,” Navin Aggarwal, director general of prisons told media.

Glowing tributes paid to Asiya, Neelofar

Srinagar—Hurriyat Conference led by Mirwaiz Umer Farooq has paid glowing tributes to the two daughters of the nation, Asiya and Neelofar on their third martyrdom anniversary. “Hurriyat believes that double murder and rape case is still a blot on the justice system,” a spokesman of the conglomerate said. “Following a well planned conspiracy, the government hushed up the case and shielded the criminals who were involved in committing the crime,” he alleged.

Prepared by Mr. Dileep Padg oankar, Mr. M. M. Ansari and Professor Radha Kum ar, it’s unfortunately a mess and unquestionably a diversion from the primary interests of the people, if not an outright diversionary tactic by the members of the group.
