Karachi—Karachi Transport Action Committee of
Anjuman Ettehad Bus Malikan (AEBM) has taken
strong exception to the latest raise in the cost
of petroleum items in the country. Office
Bearers of the AEBM including Mohammad Ashraf
Bangalori, Chaudry Mazhar Hussain, Lala Sultan,
Tanzim Khan and Nazir Bangalori in a joint
statement here on Tuesday called for its
withdrawal.
Karachi—The acting Nazim Shah Faisal Town,
Irtiza Farooqui, converted the emergency plan
chalked out for lifting and disposal of offal
during Eid-ul-Azha days, into special
cleanliness campaign on the 4th day. He issued
directive for sweeping at street level and carry
out anti-septic fumigation in the Town.
