Islamabad—Under the newly announced
Balochistan package, the province will get 10
percent of the net profit from each successful
oil and gas find, ensuring thereby a substantial
boost to its economy. In an addition to the
profit share, the package envisages other
economic uplift measures for the country’s
largest but least populated province.
