Army relief goods for IDPs

Karachi—Pakistan Army under the aegis of Corps Headquarters Karachi, dispatched the fourth consignment of relief goods for the internally displaced persons (lDPs of Mehsud tribesmen) in South Waziristan Agency, here Tuesday. This was announced in an ISPR press release issued here on Tuesday.

CAC holds rally

Karachi—A rally was held here on Tuesday under the auspices of the Consumers Action Committee Pakistan (CACP) at the Karachi Press Club on Tuesday. Addressing the participants, Dr. Talib Lashari, who has been fighting for the cause of civil rights, said that the very purpose of the protect campaign by the CACP, is to build what he called a genuine consumer protection movement based on principles of social justice and transparency.
