Ali Mirza has directed the PPO Sindh to chalk
out a concrete strategy in coordination with

Lt. General ® Mujib-ur-Rehman Khan became a
victim of pneumonia on Thursday, November 19,
and went up in the heaven, I am sure, quite
gladly so that he may perhaps be in the company
of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, for whose
projection in the right perspective, he was
striving hard for the last few years. The
three-star General had turned himself into a
soldier of the founder of Pakistan to whom he
would confidently describe, with his wet eyes as
an Ashiq-i-Rasool.
Karachi—The Pakistan Paediatric Association (PPA)
organized a moot of Child-Health experts and
practitioners at a local hotel, to commemorate
the occasion of “International Children’s Day”,
which is celebrated globally on November 20th
every year. This heavily attended forum
comprised of deliberations on the Child-Health
Scenario in Pakistan, reviewed in the light of
“Charter of the Rights of Children” (CRC), which
was passed by the United Nations General
Assembly on the 20th November, 1989.
Karachi—Shan Foods Private Limited, a leading
food company in Pakistan, reinforced its product
positioning strategy of “Just Perfect” through
the launch of a new thematic advertising
campaign. The initiative appeals to consumers’
senses by highlighting the pleasant sensory
perceptions of Shan recipes.
Karachi—Allama Iqbal in his well-known poem
described the mission of Satan (Iblees) to
misguide human beings. But now he (Satan)
doesn’t need to bother about his work as his
duty is being performed by some misguided
people. Fatima Hasan, a renowned poet said this
while addressing as Chief Guest to the gathering
of children hosted by Hamdard Foundation
Pakistan.
