Islamabad—Pakistan on Friday presented evidence
of CIA involvement in the country to Director US
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Leon Panetta.
Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Chief
Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha presented
the evidences to Leon Panetta, who called on him
during his two-day visit to Islamabad. The ISI
chief has made it clear to Leon Panetta that CIA
personnel were assisting terrorism in Pakistan.

24 hours, 5 terrorists have been killed while 1

Washington—Indian
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said India is
ready to resolve all outstanding issues with
Pakistan on the condition that it will not allow
its territory to be used against its neighbour.
Islamabad—Islamabad Police have captured a
terrorist mastermind who has confessed to his
role in recent suicide attacks in the Federal
Capital including the attack on WFP office,
besides involvement in terrorist activities in
Swat. Police presented the alleged mastermind of
suicide attacks before the media at a press
conference here on Friday.
Washington— The United States is encouraging
Pakistan and India to resume their dialogue to
address Kashmir and other outstanding disputes
but any solution must come from the two
countries, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
said.
Karachi—The State Bank took up disciplinary
action against 19 banks and DFIs as they have
failed to recover loans given against pledging
of sugar, said Syed Wasimuddin, the chief
spokesman of the SBP.
