Islamabad—The Ministry of Railways and
Government of China have principally agreed to
form a consortium to prepare the feasibility of
planned train service between Pakistan and China
as a joint venture between the two countries,
said Railways Minister Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour.
“Both the countries are seeking for a soft term
loan from some international organizations for
laying a railway track between the two
countries,” Bilour said this talking to APP.
Islamabad—Deadline for suspension of load
shedding can not be given and government is
following gas load management plan to save 400
megawatt energy, stated by Federal Minister for
Water and power Raja Pervez Ashraf while taking
back his claim about suspension of load shedding
from the country.

Karachi —The trade and industry reacting sharply
over what they called the_ indiscriminate
decision to allow KESC 28 paisa per unit
differential from April to June 2009 has
rejected with a firm resolve. The industry has
termed the hike in power tariff as a day-time

SUGAR futures may advance on signs of
deteriorating supplies, a survey showed. Five of
eleven traders, analysts and brokers surveyed by
Bloomberg on Nov. 13 said raw sugar and white,
or refined, sugar will climb this week. For raw
sugar, four predicted lower prices and two
forecast little change. For white sugar, three
forecast lower prices and three estimated little
change.
