They did it again

Ray Alif

No one else but it was foreign intelligence agencies; this time they hit the bull’s eye. In order to further weaken the country’s internal harmony among various factions of the society, it was the right time and right targets. International Islamic University, Islamabad was bombed, twice one after another, to create a lasting impact. Screaming young women running in all directions and half-unconscious bleeding women being pulled to the ambulances for emergency management was what if telecast on media would divide the country into two for ever.

The CIA, the RAW and the Italian took full benefit of already tense situation due to series of attacks, one after another at General Headquarters (GHQ), Manawan Police Training Centre Lahore, FIA building Lahore, Bedian Training Centre Lahore, Khyber Bazaar Peshawar and Kohat Road Peshawar. These mock blasts were aimed to send negative impression of Pakistan to the world community. It is important to mention here that there are approximately 18,000 students studying in International Islamic University, Islamabad; nearly half of them women. A number of students in this university are foreigners, which include over 700 from China. Some analysts say that the attack was actually on foreign students, perhaps to give a message to China and other Islamic states. It is not possible to comment with certainty at this stage that who were the real actors behind the attacks on Pakistan, but one thing no one can deny is that the immediate beneficiary of the situation is India. The sentiments of the general public in India is not hidden from anyone, they claim that they have taken the revenge of Mumbai attacks and blast at the Indian Embassy at Kabul.

The timings of the terrorist attacks on Pakistan coincide with exercises in India. As per the blue print of the war games, the situation before the participants forces more or less resembled attacks in GHQ, Manawan Police Training Centre, FIA building, Bedian Training Centre, Khyber Bazaar , Kohat Road and International Islamic University in Pakistan. The war games would concentrate on peacekeeping operations to include military coordination, military decision making process and rules of engagement. The exercise would also concentrate on practice of military operations in civilian areas including road opening, convey protection and humanitarian assistance. One wonders, if the terrorist attacks on Pakistan was real time situation for the exercises or it was some sort of message to China. According to CIA sources in Indian Intelligence Bureau (IB), RAW officials are imparting continuous training to Afghan, Chechens, Uzbeks and Tajiks at New Delhi, Kabul and Tajikistan. It is pertinent to mention here that there are over 183,000 (one lac eighty three thousand) registered Afghan nationals in India while the number of illegal Afghans are even greater. New Delhi has hired the services of a number of Indian religious scholars, who have been dispatched to Pakistan, China, Afghanistan, Middle East and Central Asian Republic to work as undercover agents to develop sectarian differences in these countries.

They are involved in running independent Madrassas in various cities which are being funded by New Delhi and Washington. The students of theses Madrassas are often persuaded to carryout suicide attacks against targets in these countries. It has been estimated that around 2,637,000 (twenty six lac thirty seven thousand) illegal Indian nationals are residing in Karachi alone. One can recognize these people if they are carefully observed or someone indulge them in a lengthy discussion in Urdu or language of their origin. Few months back a series of similar attacks were carried out with the interval of 27 days i.e. the March 3, 2009, terrorist attack on Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore, March 30, 2009 attack on Manawan Police Training Center in Lahore and May 27, 2009 explosion in Rescue 15 building in Lahore. It is important to mention here that according to analysis of various attacks, it has been confirmed that attack on Marriot Hotel in Islamabad, Pearl Continental Hotel Peshawar and blast near Indian Embassy in Kabul bear similarities but have no connection and links with attacks in GHQ, Manawan Police Training Centre, FIA building, Bedian Training Centre, Khyber Bazaar and Kohat Road attacks. Similarly, the two bomb blasts carried out in International Islamic University, Islamabad on October 20, 2009 had no links with attacks on Marriot Hotel, Pearl Continental Hotel and blast in Kabul.

However, these were connected with attacks in GHQ, Manawan, FIA building, Bedian, Khyber Bazaar and Kohat Road. In fact it is the joint conspiracy of RAW and CIA to develop a sense of hatred among Pakistani for religious circles in the country. It is disturbing to note that after going through media publications and telecasts, one has to admit that enemies of Pakistan are quite successful in their mission.
