Karachi—City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal has directed Works & Services Department and Karachi Water & Sewerage Board to finish the remaining work of the ongoing development projects on war footing basis while ensuring full coordination with town nazimeen so that the citizens could avail the benefits of such projects nearing completion.

NPF, Shaymaa sign expert service accord

Karachi—The Al-Shaymaa and the National Police Foundation (NPF) have signed an agreement. An announcement here on Wednesday said that the Al-Shaymaa Private Limited has signed an exclusive contract with NPF for its Vehicle Tracking and Anti-Theft Solutions which are being launched under the brand name of ‘Guardians for safeguarding and recovery of its customers vehicles’.

SA resolution for uniform admission policy

Karachi—Sindh Assembly Wednesday unanimously passed a resolution recommending Sindh Government to adopt a uniform and integrated admission policy to provide equal opportunities to students of whole of Sindh. The resolution was tabled by PPP’s Dr Sikandar Mahendro and carried unanimously.

Union leaders to continue struggle

Karachi—The General Secretary PPP Karachi and Chief Patron of MCB Staff Union of Pakistan (Shaheed Usman Ghani Group), Saeed Ghani said that they are carrying out a struggle for truth and righteousness. Addressing a press conference along with Habibuddin Junaidi and Liaquat Sahi at Karachi Press Club he alleged there are reports of mismanagement in the bank and declared that their protest will continue till acceptance of demands.

Karachi—All private schools of the city have decided to appoint private security guards and demand of security guards has been increased while security companies started demanding heavy amount for deployment of guards.
