I was surprised when I read that Rs. 7.3 million has been spent on
Rehman Malik’s 11 foreign visits. Question was asked in National
Assembly from Rehman Malik about his TA/DA etc but he did not give
any reply. I very humbly request Rehman Malik to please spare his
2-day TA/DA for books scheme of National Book Foundation i.e.
Readers Club for which there are no funds available. Through this
scheme the customers and students get registered for Rs. 105 only
and 50 % discount is offered to them to buy books. I think Rehman
Malik two days daily allowance or his TA/DA would solve this
problem. Students and customers need the books on 50 % in NWFP where
poverty rate is higher and people can’t afford costly books for
their childrens in any disciplines of universities and

Ban on CNG stations

Although the government has assured that no decision has been made
to shutdown CNG stations in winter, CNG station owners are worried
because of huge investment in this sector. The Federal Minister for
Petroleum and Natural Resources Naveed Qamar, in a recent statement
had has said that despite the demand and supply gap in the use of
natural gas in the winter season, no decision has yet been taken to
shutdown the CNG stations in winter. A decision in this regard would
be finalised only after taking the stakeholders in confidence,
including the CNG dealers, the minister assured. Last year the
northern parts of the country including Capital Islamabad faced CNG
shortage in the winter season. The CNG Station Owners Association (CSOA)
has strongly opposed the plan of Sui Northern Gas Company to enhance
gas prices and suspend gas supply to CNG filling stations from
November 15, 2009 for three months during winter season.
The authorities concerned are expected to submit the government a
comprehensive plan on gas load management in the month of November
under which the proposal of the two Sui Nothren Gas Limited and Sui
Southern Gas Limited will also be considered under which it has been
proposed that about 2700 CNG stations that fall in the jurisdiction
of Sui Northern and 500 CNG of Sui Southern should be closed for
three months period in the winter season which will help save about
240 mmcfd gas per day and this precious gas will be provided to the
industrial sector to ensure that input cost of the export oriented
items be brought down reasonably.
Meanwhile, it was also reported in the national press and electronic
media on August 30 2009 that the both Sui Southern and Sui Northern
Gas have requested OGRA to consider permanent Ban on use of CNG on
Vehicles. This news further increased the unrest among CSOA members.
The private sector has invested over Rs 170 billion in the CNG
sector, of which Rs 91 billion has been invested by the CNG station
owners, Rs 61 billion car owners while Rs 20 billion in the
pipeline. According to industry sources So far 2.4 million vehicles
have been converted to CNG and more than 2500 stations are on ground
all over Pakistan.
It is a matter of the fact that there some government officers and
minister are opposing the proposal tooth and nail arguing that it
would damage the CNG industry across the country and the livelihood
of the people working or affiliated with this industry would be in
the danger. They are also of the view that if the 1.8 million
vehicles were forced to use petrol as fuel instead of using CNG,
then the oil import bill will inflate and the costly foreign
exchange reserves that have been built by piling up the $ 11.3
billion loan from International Monetary Fund will be spent. So the
said proposal will open a new plethora of problems for the

‘exporting’ terrorism to the rest of the world, which is entirely
false. The US 9/11 was blamed, without a shred of evidence, on Osama
Bin Laden (an ex-US ally) and the Taliban, when it is amply shown
that it was an interior job planned and executed with military
precision. The US 9/11 was the excuse used by Zionists to invade
Afghanistan, and they were supported by Pakistani military ruler
Pervez Musharaf. It is well known that the invasion of Afghanistan
in October 2001 has to do with Zionist greed for the Caspian Sea oil
reserves and with the preparation for an attack against Iran on her
western flank because of Iran’s denunciation of Israel, their
stealing of Palestinian lands and the murder of Palestinians.
Taliban are adherents to a political system just like Labourites and
Conservatives are in the UK, and Democrats and Republicans are in
the US. Fighting the Taliban is equivalent to fighting the
Democrats, the Conservatives and so on. The Taliban politics is
peculiar to Afghanistan. However, there is no such thing as
‘Pakistan Taliban’ or ‘Indian Taliban’. Those are Zionist
inventions. Similarly, there is no Al Qaida organisation in
Afghanistan or elsewhere. Al Qaida was merely a CIA-Mossad database
containing the names of Afghans, Pakistanis and Arabs on their
payroll financing resistance against the Soviet occupiers. Through
propaganda, Zionists have turned the term round to mean those
mujahideen resisting the occupation of their country by Zionists.
The term Al Qaida is also used against those who sympathise with the
resistance movement in freeing their country from terror and
occupation.
India is in bed with Zionists against the interests of Pakistan, and
there have been numerous reports that the bombings inside Pakistan,
such as the Marriott Hotel, were the work of Zionists and Indian
secret services. The Mumbai attack is another example how India
could have been lured into attacking Pakistan when, like the US
9/11, the Mumbai attack also had the hallmark of an inside job.
Another plank of the strategy is to blame those bombings on the
so-called ‘Pakistani Taliban’ in order to make a corrupt Pakistani
government turn its guns on its own people. Evidence of US
Blackwater (renamed Xe) mercenaries in the streets of Pakistan has
been reported prior to the recent spate of bombings in Pakistan.
What Israel and the US did in Lebanon and Gaza is no different from
crimes for which Nazis were tried at Nuremberg. Israel understands
this, and the Israeli government is currently preparing its defense,
which will be led by Israeli Justice Minister Daniel Friedman. It is
well-known that Barack Hussein Obama is a puppet of the Zionist

have been killed in these attacks. For example Gen Mushtaq Baig who
was a Hafiz-e-Quran and down to earth man. Many Pakistani as well as
foreign psychiatrists are actively working on various projects to
create anger and dismay among armed forces. Some of these
psychologists got asylum in USA and got back to Pakistan in no time
to work for CIA. We, the Pakistani Muslims must understand the real
picture and the objectives of this war of terrorism against innocent
people.
There is utmost need to liberate USA, Europe and Church from Zionist
slavery. This freedom and liberty can only be provided by Islam and

The war on terror has finally drag Pakistan Army into Waziristan.
This piece of tribal belt is hard, tortous and some areas have no
roads, in a sense inacessible. One can pray for the best outcome of
this operation for Islam and Pakistan but definitely this would not
be an easy event. what ever the claim of the western powers about
war on terror, one can believe that this war was particularly
designed for Pakistan. 9/11 was a strategically designed disaster.
It gave the western power the opportunity to invade our region. Gen
Musharraf cleverly push the gigantic war machinery of American into
the mountanous terrain of Afghanistan. Initially American showed no
signs of frustration but once the war was lengthened they concluded
that this war is not as easy thoroughfare. It consumed their
dollars, their human resource and above all it made American more
insecure in their minds. The same minds which were made afraid of
terrorism to get their approval for the war.
Pakistani Taliban might be invovled in insurgency but it is common
belief in almost all quarter of our society that they are the brain
child of American and Indian intelligence agency. The aim is to
engage Pakistan Army into a long war with these fanatics. Initially
it was difficult for army jawans to kill people which were raising
slogan of their war palys that is Nara-e- takbeer. Allah u Akbar.
Same stands true for Taliban, initially they were reluctant in
attacking pak Army but then this hesitation for Taliban was over
come by masterminding Lal Masjid operation. Taliban were convinced
that the army which carry out operation against masjid and madressah
deserve no sympathy. Pak Army is now convinced after multiple
suicide bombing that taliban deserve no concession.
While all sect of Afghanistan are against Pakistan, Northern
Alliance believe that Afghanistan taliban was created by Pakistan.
Afghanistan Taliban believe that Pakistan is the only country which
has helped American in throwing their govt. Keeping in view Indian
ever aggressive thinking for Pakistan, it appears every enemy of
Pakistan will be merry making. Now the world power will just inject
dollar and pounds plus weapons and the ‘game of war on terror will
