Muzaffarabad—President PPP-AJK Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has asked all the political parties of Azad Jammu and Kashmir to adopt a unanimous stance over Gilgit-Baltistan package during their meeting with Pakistan’s foreign office on Friday. ‘The heads of all political parties of Azad Kashmir have been invited by Pakistan’s foreign office on Friday to give a briefing to them and I request them all to take a common stand on the package. Quetta—Law enforcement agencies were put on high alert in the provincial capital after the hand grenade attack on a police vehicle at Jinnah Road on Wednesday in which about six persons including four policemen suffered serious injuries. APP learnt on Thursday that personnel of Quetta police and Frontier Corps Balochistan have been deployed at 250 points in and around the provincial capital, particularly at entry and exit points. Close circuit cameras have been installed at all the important official buildings and sensitive spots.
