Minister justifies
RPPs installation Multan—Federal Minister
for Water and Power, Raja Pervez Ashraf has said
that government has approved rental power until
other set up arranged and said that it is top
priority of the government to end load shedding
as soon as possible. While talking to
media in Multan, Raja Pervez Ashraf said that
soon after the installation of rental power
plant, gap between supply and demand will be

reform package for the Northern Areas’s
prosperity has sent people of the region all

DSP among three
cops killed in Kirk encounter Peshawar—At
least three Policemen including a Deputy
Superintendent Police (DSP) were killed while
another constable was wounded in a armed clash
with militants in Latmber locality of Kirk
district on night between Saturday and Sunday.
Two miscreants also lost their lives in the
retaliation by police. Acting DSP Special Branch
Bannu Shaukat Ullah was on his way to Kirk when
militants intercepted his vehicle at Toor Adam
Qilay area and opened fire on his vehicle. As a
result, DSP and two of his accompanied Police
officers were died and a constable sustained
injuries. Following militants ambush, Police
retaliated, killing two culprits but remaining
