Karachi—The Provincial Minister for Katchi Abadis, Rafiq Engineer has said that in order to accomplish the vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto for granting proprietary rights to inhabitants of Katchi Abadis, a long pending demand in this regard was met with the grant of ownership rights to residents of Azad Jamhooria Colony which came into being in 1960.
