Islamabad—A delegation comprising the family
members of five persons who have been detained
in Saudi Arabia with heroin hidden in their
shoes called on the Saudi Ambassador in
Islamabad Thursday. The group was led by Mr.

Shipping and included Mr. Farhat Khan, MNA,
Sheikh Salahuddin, MNA and six family members of

Peshawar—The security forces and the militants
were reportedly locked in fierce battle in Swat
on Thursday where 28 militants were killed and 6
soldiers received wounds. ISPR said 34 militants
were gunned down by the security forces during
the last 24 hours in the ongoing operation
Rah-e-Rast in Malakand division.
