Islamabad—Minister for Information Qamar Zaman
Kaira says the donors have assured Pakistan that
they would not only assist in relief operation

Washington—The U.S. House of Representatives’
Foreign Affairs Committee has endorsed a
bipartisan measure to authorize a combined
package of $ 7.5 billion economic and more than
two billion dollars in security assistance for
Pakistan over next five years.

Peshawar/Rawalpindi—The insurgents and the
security forces were locked in intense fighting
