Mardan —Acting President and Speaker National
Assembly, Dr Fehmida Mirza Wednesday made a
fervent appeal to the international community
and donor agencies to come forward and help out
the government in providing relief to the
millions of people displaced due to military
operations against the militants in parts of the
Frontier Province.
Peshawar— Dir Welfare Organisation has demanded
relaxation in curfew so that the stranded people
could retrieve from war zone areas, saying
innocent people are being directly affected from
the security forces launched operation against
militants. “The Swatis including people of Dir
are migrating from war zone areas, because they
know that they will also be killed,” said
convener of the organsation Sher Mohammad Khan
of Medaan Bandi while addressing a news
conference here at press club on Wednesday.
