Peshawar—As the gunship helicopters continued pounding the militants hideouts in parts of Malakand division and gained control of the emerald mines in Takhtabund area in Swat killing number of insurgents, the elder son of Maulana Sufi Mohammad, the chief of Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariah-e-Mohammadi (TNSM), was killed in Lower Dir during the security forces action on Thursday.
