Sharif has said that government is fully
utilizing modern technology for improving
efficiency of government departments for
solution of people’s problems and information
technology is being promoted in the province
under a comprehensive strategy. He said that
latest knowledge and technology is essential for
the progress of any sector, therefore,
government is attaching priority to the
promotion of information technology.

Lahore—Lahore police busted 228 criminal gangs
and arrested their 733 members recovering looted
property worth Rs 278 million during the first
four months of the current year. It was told in
a meeting of senior police officers held here
under the chairmanship of Capital City Police

as its Consultants for the design and
supervision of the installations of modern
Information Technology infrastructure and
communication system in the existing and the two
new adjoining under-construction buildings of
the provincial assembly. Cost of the Project is
Rs. 124 million.
