Islamabad—A total of 15,65,926 cases are pending
before the superior and lower courts in the
country and necessary strategy has been devised
to clear this backlog.

Rawalpindi—The Judge of the Accountability Court
No. 4 Rawalpindi/Islamabad Abdul Qayyum Raja the
other day convicted accused Nisar Ahmed Khan s/o
Mowaz Khan who was involved in a case of fraud
and forgery and awarded six years rigorous
imprisonment (RI) and fine of Rs. 2 million. In
default of payment of the fine the convict shall
go under further one year imprisonment. The
convict had occupied deceitfully and illegally
property, situated in Jhanda Chichi Rawalpindi
owned by Wali Muhammad (late) s/o Jivan Khan
through forged documents.

government will set up a trauma centre in the
federal capital near Chak Shahzad.
