TNSM rejects Darul Qaza
NWFP govt firm on stand

Peshawar—Terming the establishment of Darul Qaza in Malakand Agency by the NWFP government as a unilateral announcement , the Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariah-e-Mohammadi (TNSM) Chief Maulana Sufi Mohammad has out rightly rejected the move. Sufi’s reaction may cause a serious blow to the peace initiatives of the provincial government.

Islamabad—Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh’s Saturday interview to CNN-IBN that he was “close to clinching an agreement on all bilateral issues with the then Pakistan military President Pervez Musharraf two years ago” strikes optimism. The south Asian sub-continent, Pakistan and India, needs durable peace to find a long time space for their people to overcome grave issues connected with poverty. No sane person can deny this dire need.
