stroke or Sun stroke which can cause instant
death during the scorching summers if preventive
measures are not adopted. Medical
Superintendent, Jinnah Hospital,Dr.Zahid Pervaiz
told APP here Sunday that sun strokes strike
men, in particular elderly males, more as
compared to women. It occurs due to failure of
the body’s heat regulating mechanism.
