Development fund to be provided to neglected areas

Karachi—Sindh Minister for Local Government Agha Siraj Khan Durrani has said that those areas which were not provided sufficient development fund by the previous government, would be provided funds on priority basis.

Doctors warn of fatal heat strokes in absence of care

Lahore—Medical experts have warned of heat stroke or Sun stroke which can cause instant death during the scorching summers if preventive measures are not adopted. Medical Superintendent, Jinnah Hospital,Dr.Zahid Pervaiz told APP here Sunday that sun strokes strike men, in particular elderly males, more as compared to women. It occurs due to failure of the body’s heat regulating mechanism.
