Pir Naqib urges people to follow teachings of Holy Prophet (PBUH)

Staff Reporter

Rawalpindi—Muslims can not only excel among human beings by strengthening their bond with the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) but can also please Almighty Allah by following the lifestyle of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).

Pir Muhammad Naqib-ur-Rehman, custodian of Eidgah shrine, stated this while speaking at the congregation of Barhveen Sharif at Eidgah Sharif here on Sunday. “The life in this world is temporary, however, a human being can get comfort in the eternal life through noble deeds in this world,” he said.

The custodian of Eidgah shrine said that today Muslims are facing numerous challenges because of their divisions in different sects. He said that the followers of Islam are distancing themselves from the universal ideology of Islam because of following the archaic customs.

“Muslims never needed the unity, harmony, tolerance and brotherhood in the past just like they need today.

If a Muslim strengthens his bond with the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), not only he succeeds in this world and in the life after death but also becomes role model for others,” Pir Naqib-ur-Rehman stressed.

The other speakers on the occasion including Maulana Mufti Suleman Rizvi, Syed ARif Shah Gilani, Maulana Ghulam Ali Qamar, Maulana Hafiz Abdul Ghafoor, Maulana Muhammad Bashir Sialvi, Hafiz Farooq Usman and Hafiz Muhammad Iqbal Rizvi shed light on the life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).

They said that to please Almighty Allah, one must love the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and spread this message far and wide.
