Bush assures Gilani help to overcome economic crises
Pakistan, US to strengthen strategic partnership


Sharm-El-Sheikh—US President George W. Bush has assured Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani that US would help Pakistan to overcome food and economic crises. Addressing a joint press conference followed by meeting here in a local hotel on the occasion of World Economic Forum on Sunday, US President added his country would extend all possible help to meet the food and overcome economic crises in the country.

Army relocating in South Waziristan

Spinkai (South Waziristan)—”Pakistan Army is not withdrawing from Waziristan rather it is relocating its positions to facilitate the displaced civilians to return to their homes”. Where the oil politics heading the world?

THIS may sound like a fiction story but it is true! While total world resources of oil are conservatively estimated at 2.6 trillion barrels, US sit on close to two trillion barrels of crude. Possibly more than all the crude than was ever produced worldwide since petroleum age began. However, instead of exploring this huge reserve, Americans after Iraqi invasion on Kuwait in 1990, secured cheap supply of oil for next fifty years at $5 a barrel from the deposed Kuwaiti rulers and Saudi government in the name of defence from Iraq.
