Staff Reporter

Islamabad—Telenor Pakistan, the winner of the Most Innovative Mobile Operator Award 2007, has launched another value-added service (VAS) by the name of ‘Telenor Auto Advance’. This unique service will allow Telenor prepaid customers to continue the call even after their balance exhausts. The service has been activated free of charge for all Telenor prepaid customers. Telenor Pakistan has been leading the way with diversified and innovative Value Added Services such as Easyload, Mobile TV, Smart Share, Bubble Message, Tele Kissan, Akhbaar service and several others. Recently, Telenor also launched Ask Telenor and Tele Doctor 1911.
Telenor Auto Advance Service can be extremely useful in emergency situations where one call can make the difference. Subscribers on the move, far from a recharge location or simply out of cash can benefit from this service. Under the service, when a subscriber reaches the end of his balance, the call will continue without disconnection and the balance will be adjusted in next recharge. Telenor Auto Advance is only available for voice calls at the moment.
At the launch of the new service, Chief Marketing Officer Telenor Pakistan Lars Christian Iuel said, “We, at Telenor Pakistan, are happy to launch yet another service for our valued prepaid customers. The new Auto Advance service is designed to give Telenor Talkshawk and Djuice customers even more utility from their prepaid connections.”
