Tessori petition dismissed

Karachi—Chief Justice Sindh High Court has forthwith dismissed the Suit against M/S Tessori Trading Company (pvt) Ltd filed by Hanif Merchant.
The petitioner had prayed the court that M/s Tessori Trading Company (pvt) Limited should be winded up while respondent through Makhdoom Ali Khan and Nafees Siddiqui Advocates in their argument refuted the claim to be false and unfounded.
Chief Justice after hearing the arguments from both councils dismissed the petition in a short order.
Meanwhile the respondent and Director of M/s Tessori Trading Company (pvt) Limited, Kamran Khan Tessori when contacted said that this was the victory of truth and freedom of justice in the country.
