MQM could not be adjusted under CoD

Chakwal—The central leader of APDM Mr. Liquit Baloch has said that the charter of democracy signed by Mr. Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto clearly states that MQM was a fascist party and it would not be accommodated in the future political setup.

Addressing one day training workshop of party workers of Jamaat-e-Isalmi at central office here Sunday, he said now this charter was denied and MQM was included in the Sindh cabinet and Federal Ministries would also be offered to it and 160 million people of Pakistan have a little faith on the present ruling coalition government.

Liaquit Balooch said that the political wisdom and Maulana Fazl ur Rehman was not acceptable to Jamaat-e-Islami, therefore we had parted ways with him. About the restoration of judges Liaquit Balooch was of the view the way things were moving it was impossible that the judges would be restored by 12th May because PCO judges were also accepted and the number of Supreme Court judges after the restoration of deposed judges would be 26 while the constitution allowed on 17 judges.

He said the constitutional amendment would be required and the restoration of deposed judges is feared to be lingered on. He said as soon as Mr. Musharraf remained in president house, the conspiracy against the elected government and democracy will not end which are harmful for the country.—NNI
