Council reviews uplift work of Bin Qasim Town

Karachi—Bin Qasim Town Council met with its convener, Syed Yousuf Shah in chair to review different ongoing development projects in the town.

Town Nazim Jan Alam Jamote, TMO Nadir Wasan, TOs Barkat Ali Khawaja, Iqbal Shah and others also attended the meeting, said a statement issued here Sunday.

The meeting directed the projects’ contractors to maintain the standard of work during the execution of development activities and ensure completion of the same in the stipulated time.

Participants of the meeting unanimously adopted a resolution to greet the Sindh Cabinet Ministers for assuming the charges of their respective offices.

They also expressed the hope that Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Sindh Minister for Local Bodies, Agha Siraj Durrani will take all possible steps for the progress of under-developed areas of Bin Qasim Town and to ensure provision of health and education facilities to the town residents.

Among other notables, members of Town Council, Ahmed Gabool, Syed Khuda Dino Shah, Ashfaq Mangi, Nazeer Muhammad, Ms. Zakia Shaikh also attended the meeting.—APP
