Graduation of non-general duty course held

Raisalpur — The Graduation Ceremony of Non-General Duty Courses was held on Friday at Pakistan Air Force Academy Risalpur. Acting Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force Air Marshal Shahid Lateef was the Chief Guest on the occasion.

The graduating cadets belonged to Education, Engineering, Information Technology, Medical, Administration, Accounts, Meteorology, Legal and Air Defence branches of Pakistan Air Force.

On the occasion Air Marshal Shahid Lateef felicitated all graduating cadets for achieving this milestone in their lives and commended Academy Staff for their efforts in imparting quality training to the cadets.

He said “the Graduation is greatly cherished moment in the lives of cadets and their parents. It must, however, not be viewed as the end of the journey; in fact it is the beginning.

“The profession of arms demands consistent hard work and dedication to maintain the glorious traditions of our armed forces. As officers, you will be required to establish your credentials through efficient handling of human and material resources placed under your command. To accomplish this goal befittingly, you have to put in your best and achieve professional excellence and keep your motivation at the highest level. The ceremony included the award of branch insignia to the graduating cadets and trophies to the winners. They also took a pledge of honour on this occasion that they would perform their duties with utmost dedication and sincerity.—APP
