Islamabad—The two French Police Trainers, who were on a three-week visit to Pakistan, have provided training to 35 Police Officers of National Highways & Motorway Police.

Maurice Blanc, Commandant Police College, Leon (France) presented a detailed report on training process to IG, NH&MP Muhammad Raffat Pasha. Mr. Jean Paul Perret, Trainer and Liaison Officer on Police of French Embassy were also present on the occasion. While giving the briefing,

Maurice Blanc said that at first they studied the whole working policing system of NH&MP and then they chalked out their training techniques. He further added that they also provided training on handling the dangerous goods vehicles and intervention techniques to control the traffic jams through motorbikes.

The Inspector General, NH&MP thanked the two French Police Trainers on providing training to master trainers of NH&MP. The IG, NH&MP said that some one hundred officers would go to France for getting advance Police training.
