Role of Anjuman Faiz ul Islam
for orphan children hailed
Rawalpindi—The speakers in a ceremony in connection with founding
day of Anjuman Faiz ul Islam have hailed the role of the
organization for orphans and shelter less children in the field of
education and social sectors.
The speakers said that Anjuman has been extending services for the
cause of humanity, protection of orphans, homeless children and
providing education and other necessary social services and
facilities to make them a useful citizen of the country for the last
sixty-five years.
Member National Assembly (MNA), Begum Tahira Aourangzeb in her
address on the occasion said that besides the defence of the country
attention should also be given on the education, which she added was
imperative for creating positive approach, awareness and sense of
responsibility in our generation saying education plays a key role
in making our children more responsible and respectable citizens.
She lauded the role of Anjuman Faiz ul Islam in the field of
education and social sector and for the welfare of poor, needy and
orphan children.
Chairperson Pakistan Children Academy Begum Saqiba Rahim ud Din in
her address vehemently underlined the need for promotion of national
consensus and harmony among our folds, saying the role of Anjuman
Faiz ul Islam for noble cause of the humanity specifically the
homeless and destitute orphan children cannot be ignored.
She said that institutions like Anjuman Faiz ul Islam can be the
pride of any nation, which are rendering untiring and great
humanitarian and social services.
Besides others, Dr. Naeem Ghani, Chairman Sultan Foundation,
Professor Khaleeq Ahmed, President of the Anjuman Faiz ul Islam Mian
Muhammad Siddique Akbar Vice President Dr. M D Khan, Chairman
Education Committee of the institution Professor Irfan Niaz,
Muhammad Bilal Advocate and Dr. Inaam ur Rehman also spoke on the
occasion.
President of Faiz ul Islam Mian Muhammad Siddique Akbar in his
address while throwing light on the services and establishment of
this institution commended the services of its founders including
Mian Muhammad Hayyat Bukhs, Raja Ghulam Qadir and Qazi Sagheer ul
Haque, who rendered great humanitarian services just for the noble
cause and they promoted this great cause with firm resolve,
commitment and determination.
He said presently some six educational institutions are being run
under the aegis of this august institution, which, he said has been
actively engaged in imparting education and necessary vocational
training to the orphan children to make them self sufficient and
respectable citizens, he added.—APP
