Peshawar—An eleven-member delegation of Aalami
Majlis-e-Adyan (World Congress for Religions)
headed by former Provincial Minster Qari
Roohullah Madani called on the NWFP Governor
Owais Ahmed Ghani here at Governor House on
Sunday. Members of the delegation, comprising
representatives of Hindu, Sikh and Christian
communities besides Shia Scholar Allama Fakhrul
Hassan Kararvi apprised the Governor about the
aims and objectives as well as efforts of the
organization, saying that it aimed to create
inter-faith harmony and brotherhood among the
followers of different religions in Pakistan.

Quetta—Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani of Pakistan

candidate for the post of chief minister in
Balochistan after winning the support of
independent candidates, MMA, BNP (A), PML-Q (Ham
Khiyal Group) and ANP members for power sharing
and forming a coalition government in the
province. Nawab Aslam Raisani will be the third
PPP chief minister while 13th chief minister of
Balochistan after assuming the charge of office
